Foundation Health is an AI operating system for pharmacy, built by a team deeply embedded in healthcare challenges. Their mission is to eliminate delays in prescriptions, reduce pharmacists' paperwork burdens, and streamline care coordination using thoughtful AI applications. They envision a future where pharmacy teams focus on patients rather than administrative tasks.
What You’ll Do:
This is a 0-1 role as Foundation Health’s second US Product Manager. You’ll be building AI products from the ground up, shipping innovations into healthcare at an unprecedented pace—your decisions go live in days, not quarters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Solving ambiguous problems like reducing patient drop-offs between prescriptions and refills, determining what to build and why.
- Shipping AI-native products—AI isn’t an afterthought; it’s the foundation of everything you build.
- Conducting real discovery by engaging directly with customers, pharmacists, and patients to form actionable insights.
- Collaborating closely with Engineering and Design teams, diving deep into the details rather than managing from above.
- Advocating for your ideas with data-driven reasoning, backing up decisions with metrics and clear logic.
- Operating at a fast-paced startup cadence, where decisions and changes happen in days and weeks, not months.
This role demands self-direction. Problems will be ambiguous, there’s no predefined playbook, and you won’t be handed a scope. If you thrive in ambiguity and enjoy solving unsolved problems, this is for you.
Who Thrives Here?
Smart generalists who excel at figuring things out without prior experience. You don’t need to have done this exact job before—you just need to be the person who starts solving problems immediately.
High-agency owners who take initiative, don’t wait for instructions, and excel when given full ownership of a project.
AI-obsessed individuals who already integrate AI into their personal workflows—whether drafting, triaging, or building side projects. You’re naturally curious about AI and its applications.
Clear communicators who can simplify complex ideas for engineers, customers, and colleagues. Your ability to convey ideas succinctly is critical.
The endlessly curious who are always learning, exploring outside their lane, and eager to dive into a messy, regulated, and fascinating industry like healthcare. No prior healthcare experience is required—just a hunger to learn.
Startup enthusiasts who thrive in a small team environment with short cycles, real ownership, and no artificial ceilings. If this pace excites you rather than intimidates you, you’re a great fit.
