Collaborating closely with the Pricing Team and Underwriting Team, you’ll ensure accurate, competitive pricing as INSHUR expands into new states. Key Responsibilities
Drive Large Account Pricing: Develop tailored experience rating and pricing models for commercial auto accounts, ensuring alignment with market trends and INSHUR’s strategic goals.
Collaborate on Risk: Work directly with underwriters to assess complex risk factors and translate them into precise pricing adjustments.
Upgrade Pricing Tools: Own and enhance INSHUR’s large account pricing template, improving its analytical rigor and scalability.
Analyze Loss Trends: Conduct in-depth loss trend analyses using internal data and industry benchmarks to inform pricing strategies.
Navigate Complex Data: Independently clean, validate, and derive actionable insights from messy or incomplete datasets.

Nice to Have:
SQL Skills: Experience querying databases to support pricing analyses.
Note: Actuarial credentials (e.g., FCAS/ACAS) are welcome but not mandatory. Practical experience takes precedence.
