Presentation Designer (Freelance) for Tendem Project

Mindrift is seeking a highly skilled Presentation Designer to join the Tendem project and create high-quality presentations for real-world use cases. In this role, you’ll apply your expertise in visual communication, information design, and storytelling to craft clear, engaging, and professionally designed presentations.

This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for creative professionals with hands-on experience in visual communications, information design, and storytelling.

About the Role

As a Presentation Designer, you will focus on storytelling and visual hierarchy. We need a specialist who can communicate complex information beautifully, transforming raw data and narratives into compelling, highly persuasive slides and one-pagers. You will leverage tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma to create polished, presentation-ready deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences.
• Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with a strong focus on minimalism and precise information hierarchy.
• Elevate presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and perfect visual consistency.
• Enforce a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate-meets-creative style across all deliverables.
• Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization (not just basic templates).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus.
• Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma to create custom graphics and layouts.
• Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables.
• Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to visual perfection.
• Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently.
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above.
