Position Overview

We are seeking a highly articulate, technically profound, and customer-focused Pre Sales Architect to join our global enterprise division under a permanent, full-time remote model open to qualified candidates located anywhere in India. This pivotal role functions as the primary technical bridge between our innovative data management products and the business-critical demands of our accounting industry clients. Shifting completely away from routine back-office bookkeeping, entry-level data tracking, or standard transactional tax preparation, you will operate at the absolute forefront of accounting technology innovation. This position requires a pre-sales authority with 5+ years of specialized experience who designs custom enterprise frameworks natively using Financial Analyst and data mapping patterns, directs high-impact technical presentations for corporate stakeholders, authors thorough architectural blueprints for complex sales proposals, and translates complex cloud data engineering concepts into clear business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Custom Solution Architecture: Collaborate directly with cross-functional sales and engineering teams to parse complex client requirements and design tailored, scalable data solutions matched to accounting industry challenges natively utilizing Financial Analyst and modern architecture methodologies.
  • Technical Presentations & Product Demos: Lead technical presentations, deep-dive architectural discussions, and interactive product demonstrations for prospective enterprise clients, effectively commanding conversations with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proposal & RFP Governance: Author detailed architectural blueprints, comprehensive system documentation, and technical content to respond to formal RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs, ensuring our software solutions are differentiated clearly from competitors.
  • Strategic Pre-Sales Advisory: Serve as the principal technical authority throughout the sales lifecycle, ensuring proposed software frameworks map accurately to client regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and data governance parameters.
  • Product & Market Liaison: Function as a vital feedback loop between active market environments and internal product development cells, translating customer requirements, field friction points, and emerging industry trends into actionable product features.
  • Sales Strategy Contribution: Assist in formulating regional and vertical sales strategies by analyzing overarching accounting industry challenges and positioning our technology portfolio with maximum impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5+ years of proven professional experience operating within a technical pre-sales engineering, solutions architect, or technical consultant capacity within the accounting software or enterprise data management sectors.
  • Education Credentials: Possess a formal Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a closely related technical or financial discipline.
  • Deep, practical understanding of enterprise data architecture, cloud-based data warehouses, big data ecosystems, and enterprise software application deployments.
  • Solid, foundational familiarity with core accounting principles, enterprise financial reporting parameters, and macroeconomic regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal strengths, with a verified ability to explain highly complex technical abstractions logically to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proven capacity to manage multiple complex bidding processes and architectural projects simultaneously while working productively inside a high-velocity, remote startup environment.
  • Location Context: Position operates under remote geographic guidelines open to qualified pre-sales professionals based anywhere across India.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience architecting integration fabrics for enterprise financial suites, legacy accounting modules, or automated auditing tools.
  • Familiarity with data governance rules, financial data modeling patterns, or secure data scraping and pipeline methodologies.
  • Background working with modern business intelligence toolsets, advanced relational databases, or complex multi-tenant cloud ecosystems.
