Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service for Imperial Brands, maintaining the highest standards of the global retail industry.

• Resolve complex consumer concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product catalogs to provide expert recommendations to a Portuguese-speaking audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline retail support processes and enhance the omnichannel shopping experience.
• Utilize CRM tools to document interactions and track consumer trends within the retail sector.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service protocols to uphold the premium reputation of Imperial Brands.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Strong command of the English language for professional internal communication.
• Valid EU passport or a valid Greek work permit.
• Proven experience in the retail industry or customer support sector.
• Outstanding communication skills and a passion for premium brand representation.
• Availability for remote work within Greece.
