Key Responsibilities

• Deliver premium technical support to Portuguese-speaking clients using sophisticated SaaS cloud solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform-specific inquiries, ensuring seamless user experiences and high customer retention.
• Act as a primary point of contact for complex SaaS product navigation and feature implementation.

• Achieve individual and team performance metrics centered on customer satisfaction and resolution quality.
• Stay updated on the latest cloud technology trends to provide expert-level guidance to our diverse user base.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Fluency in English (professional level for internal communication).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Greece).
• Previous experience in SaaS environments or technical customer support is highly advantageous.
• Strong digital literacy and the ability to grasp complex software ecosystems quickly.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset suited for a high-growth tech environment.
