Goods & Services is looking for a PMO Coordinator to support the coordination and delivery cadence of complex, multi-team client engagements. This role keeps program governance running smoothly—driving meeting discipline, tracking open issues to resolution, and ensuring accurate, actionable records across workstreams.
This position is onsite in Mexico City.
What you’ll do:
- Facilitate recurring project and steering calls, keeping discussions on track, on time, and focused on decisions and next steps.
- Track open issues, risks, and action items to closure, following up proactively with owners across development, QA, and operations teams.
- Capture key decisions, action items, and owners in real time, and translate discussion into clear, structured records that teams can act on.
- Coordinate with multiple parties—internal teams, client stakeholders, and vendors—to gather status updates and unblock dependencies.
- Maintain and update project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Excel, Confluence) to reflect current issue status and delivery progress.
- Support the PM/program lead with reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks needed to keep the engagement organized and on schedule.
- Identify bottlenecks, ambiguity, or communication gaps and flag them to leadership with suggested improvements.
- Active collaboration with Goods and Services to share engagement insights, adopt shared standards, and reinforce a unified organizational approach to client work.
- Proactively share customer risks that could affect delivery, budget or account health, ensuring early visibility and enabling timely mitigation decisions.
- Identify and champion new business opportunities for organic growth by surfacing patterns across engagements, spotting demand signals for new or adjacent service offerings in collaboration with our Growth team.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or administrative support role, ideally within technology, financial, or professional services.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience taking clear, structured meeting notes.
- Comfort working across cross-functional teams (dev, QA, ops) and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Excel.
- Experience using AI.
- Tolerance for ambiguity: need to keep a program moving with incomplete information while clearly articulating the ambiguity to appropriate stakeholder for their clarification.
Nice to have:
- PMI Certification.
