Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, hands-on, and execution-focused Performance Marketing Manager to join our core centralized collective in a full-time remote capacity across India. Operating as a principal growth driver within our digital acquisition engine, you will step up to claim true individual operational and strategic accountability for owning the comprehensive end-to-end Google Ads lifecycle. Shifting completely away from routine passive brand marketing, vague strategy-only consulting, superficial copywriting, or basic social media page scheduling, you will run an intense, data-driven performance lab—getting deep into account setups, running rapid user acquisition experiments, and pruning variables to maximize qualified pipeline impact. This position requires an enterprise tech or B2B SaaS paid acquisition veteran with 4 to 8 years of background who architectures high-converting search campaigns fluidly natively using Google Ads management platforms, structures multi-tier user acquisition flows smoothly natively using Lead Generation funnels, and commands advanced tracking networks confidently under tight startup deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Lifecycle Google Ads Ownership: Architect, launch, optimize, and manage a high-volume portfolio of Search, Display, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns globally cleanly natively utilizing Google Ads architectures.
- Advanced B2B SaaS Sourcing Research: Conduct rigorous, data-driven keyword discovery, competitor spend analysis, audience segmentation grouping, and market intent parsing tailored explicitly for enterprise software decision-makers.
- Conversion Copywriting and Landing Page Testing: Draft, optimize, and A/B test compelling paid ad copy variations, interactive landing page messaging angles, and unique value proposition layouts natively leveraging Lead Generation communication strategies.
- End-to-End Funnel Performance Diagnostics: Monitor and manage mission-critical conversion metrics daily, auditing lead volumes, cost-per-lead (CPL), registration conversion velocities, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and pipeline ROI boards.
- Cross-Functional Pipeline Realignment: Partner in lockstep with distributed Sales and RevOps squads to review inbound lead quality scores, adjusting search keywords and targeting parameters to eliminate low-signal traffic.
- Web Analytics and Tracking Governance: Set up, monitor, and scale robust conversion tracking, managing data layers seamlessly inside Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and automated reporting systems.
- Relentless Budget and Bid Optimization: Continously tune live campaign performances, deploying smart bidding algorithms, executing negative keyword pruning, and balancing cross-campaign budget allocations to extract maximum commercial pipeline value.
- Agile Growth Experimentation: Design, execute, and document rapid pay-per-click growth experiments, testing creative visual and structural ad configurations to uncover scalable conversion networks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 to 8 years of verified professional history running advanced performance marketing, paid search acquisition coordination, digital demand generation engineering, growth marketing, or pay-per-click (PPC) agency consulting.
- Mandatory Vertical B2B SaaS Sourcing Experience: Documented, hands-on career history explicitly managing and growth-scaling paid customer acquisition tracks for business-to-business (B2B) SaaS or enterprise cloud technology products.
- Expert-tier capability configuring smart bid engines, pruning keyword arrays, and tracking campaign parameters natively utilizing Google Ads tools.
- Practical operational familiarity organizing lead funnels, analyzing cost indicators (CPL/CAC), and managing customer conversion journeys natively using Lead Generation best practices.
- Advanced, highly technical proficiency deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting tracking pixels and analytics infrastructure inside Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Outstanding written, editing, and interpersonal communication attributes in fluent English, enabling total confidence when presenting performance metrics dashboards or translating data insights into clear business outcomes.
- A proactive, self-managing work ethic capable of moving with disciplined speed and executing under low-overhead startup conditions.
- Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified performance marketing authorities based permanently and resident within the borders of India to operate under a 100% remote work-from-home layout.
