Partnerships Manager (IB & Affiliate)

We're building our IB and affiliate partnerships function across the CIS and international markets from the ground up - the product, license, platform, and support are already in place; the processes and playbook are not. You won't be plugging into an existing machine and repeating someone else's script - you'll be setting the standard the team follows a year from now.

Main Responsibilities

• Source partners through LinkedIn, Telegram, industry communities, conferences, financial bloggers, local consultants, and training centers — across the CIS and among international English-speaking partners.
• Negotiate partnership terms through to a signed agreement.
• Support each partner through to their first result — the point where their clients start trading.
• Grow existing partners: increase their volume, not just keep them on the books.
• Maintain CRM and reporting to a standard that decisions can actually be made from.
• Feed market feedback back to the team — which competitor terms are costing you deals. This function is new, so your input directly shapes the product.

Requirements

• Worked with IB partners or within a broker's partnerships function;
• Built a client base as an introducing broker or run an agent network;
• Developed a partnership program in financial markets.
• Fluent in English and Russian language is a must
• Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to multitask and excellent attention to details
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and positive attitude
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel), knowledge of affiliate networks
• Exceptional planning and project management skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
