- Oversee agencies, suppliers, and print/collateral production, ensuring quality, consistency, and value for money
- Work closely with Brand, Digital Marketing, and our Marketing Executive to shape and deliver a joined-up marketing approach, as well as form strong relationships with our sales, clinical, tech, and operations teams to align on multi-channel marketing strategy with business priorities and growth targets

- A natural collaborator, comfortable working across marketing, sales, and clinical teams
- A proactive self-starter with a genuine can-do attitude
- Confident taking ownership, managing competing priorities, and moving work forward in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to doing the right thing, with the highest standards of safeguarding, ethics, and clear communication, including on sensitive topics
Essential Experience
- +10 years of multi-channel marketing experience, with a strong track record across both strategy and execution
- A proven track record of building and delivering multi-channel content and events strategies across B2B and direct-to-consumer (DTC)
- Experience developing marketing plans and prioritizing activity across multiple audiences, channels, and competing business objectives

- CRM experience, and comfortable working with marketing and campaign data
