Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed Marketing Specialist to join our core centralized Marketing collective in a full-time contract capacity open to top remote talent globally. Operating as a critical execution engine within our go-to-market (GTM) machine, you will step up to claim true individual operational accountability for bringing complex multi-channel marketing campaigns to life. Shifting completely away from routine inbound clerical support, basic copy typing, or passive checklist tracking, you will operate as a principal platform manager—partnering face-to-face with growth marketers, content managers, and product positioning cells to accelerate pipeline velocity and target account conversions. This position requires an enterprise tech or B2B SaaS marketing veteran with 2+ years of demand generation depth who builds automated nurture flows fluidly natively using Email Marketing optimization frameworks, structures search-optimized digital content smoothly natively using SEO best practices, and commands advanced marketing automation toolsets confidently inside fast-paced, deadline-driven cloud settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and monitor highly clear marketing campaigns across email, web, and social media networks to drive continuous merchant engagement and target pipeline growth cleanly natively utilizing Email Marketing guidelines.
  • HubSpot Automation and Workflow Management: Code, test, and maintain intricate customer nurture sequences, automated workflows, and complex transactional drip campaigns from existing templates within HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Rigorous Campaign Analytics Auditing: Evaluate post-launch tracking metrics daily, auditing delivery percentages, email open rates, click-through velocities, and bounce factors to uncover systematic improvement paths.
  • Content Distribution and Promotion: Manage the structured publication and cross-platform amplification of marketing assets, whitepapers, case studies, and feature updates to maximize brand reach.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Implementation: Formulate and deploy personalized messaging maps and custom ad campaigns targeting high-value enterprise accounts, running software configurations confidently within our dedicated ABM platform, Influ2.
  • Search Engine Optimization and Refining: Edit, update, and optimize corporate blog posts and web copy natively leveraging SEO frameworks, running keyword research and semantic tuning to improve continuous organic search indexing performance.
  • Social Media Presence Governance: Direct the brand’s professional social media accounts, organizing content calendars, executing updates, and nurturing organic community interactions.
  • Event Marketing and Brand Materials Consistency: Support the structural promotion and operational mapping of virtual tech events, webinars, and conferences while maintaining absolute alignment with core brand rules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of verified professional history running advanced B2B demand generation, software email marketing, digital content curation, marketing operations, or growth agency consulting.
  • SaaS Industry Domain Sourcing: Documented career history operating explicitly within a fast-moving business-to-business (B2B) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or enterprise software platform group.
  • Expert-tier capability writing high-converting ad copy, configuring audience segmentation groups, and managing drip campaigns natively utilizing Email Marketing software suites (specifically requiring hands-on HubSpot or Salesforce CRM experience).
  • Practical operational familiarity auditing keyword structures, adjusting meta fields, and executing core content optimization sprints natively using SEO frameworks.
  • Proven capacity to compile and interpret digital funnel data, demonstrating high technical comfort evaluating web analytics and performance dashboards to identify optimization spaces.
  • Outstanding written, editing, and proofreading attributes in fluent English, showcasing a meticulous eye for punctuation accuracy and contextual tone matching.
  • A proactive, highly organized individual profile possessing exceptional cross-department communication traits to collaborate smoothly across Sales, Marketing, and Product squads.
