Job Description
About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to lead social media execution, develop content strategy, manage paid advertising campaigns, and support product marketing initiatives for a fast-growing AI-powered platform operating in the creator economy and social commerce space.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage social media presence across TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Build and execute a consistent multi-channel content strategy (short-form videos, carousels, product explainers).
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Support the go-to-market strategy for new feature releases and develop messaging frameworks.
- Track key marketing KPIs, identify scaling opportunities, and run experiments across channels.
What You Bring
- 2–5+ years of experience in growth marketing, social media marketing, or product marketing.
- Strong experience managing social media for SaaS, creator economy, or e-commerce brands.
- Experience running paid acquisition campaigns and creating high-performing short-form content.
- Strong execution capability and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
