Role Description
The Marketing Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the visual and brand expression of Gbbis across digital and print channels. This position creates marketing assets such as web graphics, presentations, infographics, social media visuals, and sales collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The Marketing Manager collaborates with sales and product teams to develop campaigns that effectively communicate Gbbis’ solutions and manages design projects from concept through delivery. Day-to-day activities include:
- Designing marketing collateral
- Providing creative direction
- Coordinating with external vendors or freelancers as needed
- Monitoring performance metrics
- Running communication campaigns and email campaigns
- Developing a database of target prospects
The role also contributes to brand evolution, supports new product launches, and maintains a high standard of design quality and usability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with the following:
- Strong branding and marketing skills to develop and maintain a consistent, impactful brand presence.
- Experience in driving lead generation campaigns using multiple channels including email.
- Proficiency in graphic design and graphics production using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or similar).
- Demonstrated project management skills, including organizing workflows, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience creating marketing materials for B2B or technology-focused organizations, ideally in data, GIS, or software-related fields.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, visually engaging designs and campaigns.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to diverse audiences.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with strong time management and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
