Want to know if you're a match for this job?
Every C-suite in healthcare is asking how to make AI real. This role determines whether we win the conversation.
You will own the engine that carries Qualified Health’s story to health system CEOs: you will produce and distribute the content that expresses the company narrative, and turn our flagship customers into proof the market trusts. You will do this in close partnership with our Corporate Strategy team, who set the company’s strategic positions, and our AI Transformation (AIT) team, who work day-to-day inside our customers’ deployments. You will maintain the competitive context that sharpen our sales materials. You will produce the thought leadership and marketing content that establishes Qualified Health as the authority in healthcare AI. And you will support the strategic partnerships that are central to our go-to-market motion.
You will report into Commercial leadership but work cross-functionally across the organization. The scope is broad by design. We need someone who can operate across multiple workstreams, move fast, and raise the quality of everything the commercial team puts in front of partners.
Outcomes
Marketing drives a measurable, predictable share of pipeline and revenue. Qualified Health has a defensible demand engine, with clear targets, a healthy mix of inbound and outbound-supporting motion, and a tight feedback loop with Commercial, and marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline grow as the company does.
Qualified Health’s category narrative lands in market. The positioning and point of view, developed with the Strategy team, are expressed clearly and consistently to buyers, press, analysts, and partners through the content and channels this role runs.
The brand is recognizable, credible, and chosen. Health system executives, clinicians, and policy-adjacent audiences know who Qualified Health is, what we stand for, and why we’re the team to bet on, reflected in earned media, share of voice, analyst recognition, and inbound interest.
Commercial sells with conviction. Sellers, partnerships leaders, product teams, and AI Transformation teams go to market with messaging, materials, competitive intelligence, and customer proof points that reflect deep product understanding and consistently move deals forward.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Strategy & Operations
Set the marketing strategy and operating plan: define the goals, segments, channels, and investments that will move the company’s commercial and category outcomes, and align them with the CEO, Commercial, and Product.
Own the marketing budget and resource allocation: make clear, defensible strategic investments on where marketing dollars and headcount go, and report transparently on what they return.
Establish the marketing operating system: target accounts, funnel definitions, attribution, dashboards, and the marketing tech tools and lead-generation stack that lets the function run as a highly measurable growth engine.
Product Marketing & Sales Enablement
Support go-to-market product launches by driving the messaging, commercial collateral, and sales enablement required to successfully bring new capabilities to market.
Develop materials that translate platform capabilities into clear business cases for health system leaders.
Build executive-ready deliverables for health system senior leadership teams, board presentations, and C-suite workshops.
Maintain the competitive context sales needs in live deals, including battlecards, objection handling, vendor penetration data, and latest partnership announcements.
Ensure consistency and quality across all external-facing commercial content.
Brand & Strategic Positioning
Analyze market trends, competitor language shifts, and regulatory changes to continually pressure-test and sharpen our unique value proposition and strategic positioning.
Develop narratives and positioning frameworks that resonate with health system executives navigating AI adoption.
Carry the company’s positioning and messaging, developed with the Strategy team, consistently across the website, collateral, sales conversations, press, and executive communications, so they tell one coherent, differentiated story.
Manage the corporate website and digital footprint as a primary strategic surface for positioning, demand generation, and credibility.
Steward the Qualified Health brand: own our visual identity, voice, and ensure brand excellence across every external touchpoint.
Communications, Content, & Customer Advocacy
Own the earned media strategy and grow our share of voice in tier-one healthcare and technology outlets to actively shape market perception.
Manage external communications for major company milestones including funding announcements, product launches, and strategic partnerships.
Run a structured analyst relations program with organizations like KLAS, Gartner, and Forrester while aggressively pursuing industry awards and speaking opportunities.
Elevate the profile of our founders and senior leaders by developing and managing a comprehensive executive thought leadership program.
Run a thought-leadership content engine that positions Qualified Health as the authority in healthcare AI: produce articles, white papers, and webinars distributed across earned and owned channels.
Own the customer-proof pipeline: decide which flagship-customer proof points to pursue, work with the AIT and product teams closest to the deployments to produce them, and distribute them as case studies, white papers, and webinars.
Translate complex AI and healthcare concepts into clear, compelling content for non-technical executive audiences.
Field Marketing & Strategic Partnerships
Set the events and field strategy: which conferences, summits, and hosted events matter, defining clear success metrics for each, and how they ladder back to pipeline and brand goals.
Build durable partnerships with leading healthcare organizations, professional societies, and thought leadership platforms, structured to generate co-branded content, shared audiences, and recurring visibility.
Partner with the Events Coordinator and Commercial leaders to ensure every executive summit, dinner, and convening reflects Qualified Health’s standards and advances the company’s most important relationships.

Have helped scale healthcare technology companies to $50–$100M+, with marketing work you can tie directly to that growth
Have a deep understanding of how health systems work
Are deeply familiar with the AI landscape and can credibly speak to how AI creates value in complex organizations. You follow the market closely and can separate signal from noise
Are an exceptional writer and communicator who can translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences
Have a strong ownership mindset: you’re independent, with a bias to action. When you find a problem, you make it yours to fix
Can manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously without dropping quality
Have experience building commercial or marketing infrastructure from scratch, not just optimizing what already exists
Are naturally curious about markets, competitors, and positioning, and can synthesize large amounts of information into clear recommendations
Thrive in fast-paced environments where the scope of your role evolves as the company grows
Why Qualified Health
You’ll shape how America’s largest health systems apply AI to achieve measurable outcomes. Every health system CEO in the country is asking how to make AI real. We’re one of the few companies with a deployed platform, signed partnerships, and demonstrated results.
We have real momentum. We just closed our Series B fundraise supported by incredible investors like Frist Cressey, Healthier Capital, NEA, Transformation Capital, and SignalFire. Our partnerships span some of the most recognized health systems in the country, and our revenue trajectory is ambitious and attainable.
A front-row seat to healthcare’s AI transformation. In a given week, you’ll engage with multiple health system leadership teams, each with different strategic challenges. You’ll work alongside clinical and engineering teams to build the commercial infrastructure for a company defining a new category.
You’ll build, not inherit. We are still early. The commercial infrastructure, the partnership models, the go-to-market playbook. You’ll have a direct hand in building all of it. The people who join now will define how this company operates for years.

Qualified Health
View Company ProfileQualified Health AI (operating under qualifiedhealthai.com, legally Qualified Health PBC) is the premier, enterprise-grade healthcare-native AI infrastructure platform, conversational compliance pioneer, and clinical workflow orchestration powerhouse engineered to act as the definitive, high-velocity generative AI, unified governance, and data integration layer for large-scale hospital networks and health systems. Co-founded by digital health innovators Dr. Justin Norden (former CEO of Trustworthy AI, acquired by Waymo), Shantanu Phatakwala, and Dr. Kedar Mate, the platform completely eliminates the severe systemic friction of modern clinical operations—where healthcare providers face intense margin compression due to labor shortages and administrative overloads, while battling the critical security risks of shadow AI tool usage and fragmented vendor silos—by deploying a sophisticated, HIPAA-compliant intelligence operating matrix. Moving far beyond traditional, passive electronic health record (EHR) databases or generic, ungoverned AI point solutions, Qualified Health natively unifies multi-tenant data integration adapters, pre-validated automated workflow modules, an advanced agent builder studio, and a comprehensive real-time oversight compliance log into a single high-availability health system environment. Serving major regional medical centers and academic institutions (including the University of Texas Medical Branch), the system securely bridges core clinical, operational, and financial databases to drive rapid adoption and measurable return on investment without increasing IT debt. Backed by $155 million in elite institutional venture capital—culminating in a monumental March 2026 Series B financing round featuring heavy participation from premier investment groups such as New Enterprise Associates (NEA), SignalFire, Town Hall Ventures, and Healthier Capital—the public benefit corporation scales its operations across North America. Under the hood, its technology core utilizes deep role-based access controls, automated risk-alert telemetry, human-in-the-loop evaluations, and complete audit trail record logs built to eliminate data leakage and model hallucinations while accelerating workforce enablement. What sets Qualified Health AI apart is its uncompromising dedication to replacing disjointed, risky AI pilots with absolute structural platform centralization, enforceable regulatory safety guardrails, and rapid frontline execution velocity; by bridging the gap between performance-intensive machine learning capabilities and the daily realities of patient-centered care, the enterprise remains the definitive, category-defining cornerstone of modern algorithmic health tech infrastructure and global medical system transformation.
