- Determine campaign design direction for print materials and collateral; sign off on creative

- Audit prior-quarter results each quarter and refine priorities (Scorecard, Rocks, etc.)
- Ensure Scorecard metrics/KPIs are reported accurately using analytics tools
- Final QA across marketing initiatives, channels, platforms, and vendors — own what “good” looks like, measured via demand volume, conversion rates, brand awareness, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and ROI

- Completed knowledge transfer from outgoing CMO on B2C lead-gen strategy and vendor relationships
- Established first quarterly Rock(s) and taken ownership of the Scorecard

- B2C marketing experience, ideally including direct mail/print, ambassador or referral programs, and paid media (PPC/CRO)
- Proven track record managing a marketing budget for ROA/ROI, and negotiating vendor/agency agreements
- Experience managing people, including junior team members (content, data) and technical contractors
