About the Marketing Coordinator Role

This Marketing Coordinator role is Growth's execution engine. You will run day-to-day community management and social operations, turn approved brand and template assets into ad variants without needing a designer, and keep our UGC, motion design, and SEO partners on track from brief to delivery. You will be one of the few public voices representing Curai Health online, working inside a strict health-content playbook rather than improvising, and you will be measured by how much production work comes off senior marketers' plates so they can spend their week on strategy instead of execution.

What you will own

• Day-to-day community management: monitoring and responding across our social and community surfaces, escalating anything clinical or complaint-related to the right owner immediately.
• Social media operations: calendar, scheduling, publishing, basic performance reporting.
• Outbound creative production: resizing, versioning, and assembling ad variants from approved templates and brand assets.
• Coordinating our UGC, motion design, and SEO partners: briefs in, deliverables tracked, feedback consolidated, deadlines held.
• General marketing utility: asset library hygiene, competitive monitoring, meeting notes that become action items.

What You Will Bring

• 2+ years in a marketing coordinator, social, or community role.
• Excellent written English and a natural, human tone in public replies.
• Hands-on with a design tool (Figma or Canva) and basic video trimming. You can ship a competent asset without a designer.
• Ruthless organization. You are the person who notices the deliverable that never arrived.
• Based in LATAM or APAC with at least 3 hours of daily overlap with US Pacific time.
