About ANNA Autism Care: ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) is a high-growth, US-based pioneering startup providing specialized ABA services to young autistic children under the age of six and their families using a neurodiversity-affirming, Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach. Currently operating centers across Massachusetts, we are scaling into brand-new regional markets rapidly through a dual expansion methodology encompassing strategic clinic acquisitions and ground-up center builds. We are constructing the operational infrastructure of a modern, empathetic healthcare company from the ground up, empowering operators to build robust care models that scale seamlessly.
Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous, mission-driven, and highly adaptive Market Launch & Operations Project Manager to join our centralized Support Team under a permanent, full-time remote layout open to qualified operational candidates based anywhere within the Philippines, working dedicated US Eastern Time business hours. Serving as the primary execution engine behind our regional market expansions and acting as a project-management-forward right hand to the Chief Executive Officer, you will step up to claim direct workspace roadmap orchestration, real estate rollout timelines, and AI-native optimization accountability. Shifting completely away from routine inbound customer service triage, manual document copying, or detached administrative desk recording, you will run an active corporate integration, stakeholder coordination, and process automation laboratory—partnering face-to-face with our Implementation Director, Clinical Operations leaders, and the CEO. This position requires an operational authority with 3+ years of startup experience who handles multi-state launch roadmaps fluidly natively using Project Management paradigms, evaluates structural dependencies cleanly inside heavily regulated ecosystems, and designs automated workspaces confidently to convert repetitive execution tasks into robust, documented corporate playbooks.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Project Roadmap Governance: Own and maintain complex multi-workstream project plans, trackers, and milestone charts, establishing a single source of truth for cross-functional deliverables natively utilizing Project Management methodologies.
- De Novo Market Openings: Coordinate tactical real estate and buildout logistics across landlords, municipal entities, and contractors—managing furniture, equipment procurement, permits, occupancy filings, IT provisioning, and localized supply pipelines.
- M&A Integration Architecture: Oversee the mechanical transition of acquired clinical practices, directing critical EMR data migrations, HRIS and ATS onboarding setups, Microsoft 365 provisioning, and state-specific policy alignment.
- Hiring and Clinician Onboarding Support: Partner with People Operations to facilitate regional clinician sourcing channels, organizing clean candidate communications, managing offer logistics, and structuring credentialing setups.
- Executive Leverage and CEO Support: Translate the CEO’s high-level priorities into trackable operational workstreams, prepping executive teams for critical board sessions and building lightweight reporting dashboards.
- AI-Native Process Automation: Build, manage, and continuously deploy advanced Claude Projects, Cowork workspaces, Model Context Protocol (MCP) connections, and automated workflows to compress complex, multi-hour operational routines into minutes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 3+ years of professional history running complex projects, program coordination tracks, business operations, or chief-of-staff style PMO frameworks within a high-tempo corporate landscape.
- Mandatory Generative AI Fluency: Deep, applied hands-on experience utilizing state-of-the-art generative tools (with preference for Claude Projects, custom prompts, and Cowork systems) to construct robust, documented business workflows.
- Demonstrated capability to lead multiple concurrent operational workstreams to precise deadlines with minimal top-down oversight.
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication strengths, displaying an exceptional ability to synchronize logistics among contractors, external vendors, and executive leadership teams asynchronously.
- Proven capacity to work full-time hours matching the US Eastern Time Zone (approximately 9pm to 6am Manila Time) supported by a highly reliable, stable home-office technology ecosystem.
- Location Context: Position operates under 100% remote parameters open exclusively to qualified operators based within the Philippines.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Mastery of major cloud-based project management environments, with direct preference for Asana setups (or ClickUp, Monday, and Jira alternatives).
- Prior experience navigating real estate buildouts, clinical facilities logistics, or high-volume talent onboarding lines within US-based startup ecosystems.
- Familiarity with data evaluation tools (including lightweight SQL or advanced spreadsheets) and no-code automation systems like Zapier or Make.
- Background operating inside healthcare, behavioral networks, or alternative heavily compliance-driven environments.
What We Offer
- Competitive, Experience-Aligned Compensation Model: An annual base salary range of $24,000 – $38,000 USD (~₱1,400,000 – ₱2,215,000 PHP), structured carefully around your background.
- Absolute remote flexibility, allowing you to build cutting-edge clinical infrastructure from your optimized Philippine workspace.
- Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) allowances coupled with full observance of standard United States national holidays.
- High-impact professional growth track with direct access to senior venture leadership, serving as a pivotal core driver for a fast-scaling healthcare brand.

Founded in 2023 by Aimun Malik and headquartered in Sudbury, Massachusetts, the company operates multiple clinical centers across the state.
