What you'll do:
As a Market Development Account Advisor your key area of responsibility will be building strong, consultative relationships, leveraging product knowledge, and ensuring that our products and services consistently exceed client needs and expectations. You will need to work closely with Sales, Support, Solutions Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, and BD teams.
To be successful in this role you will be a strong team player with a well-defined sense of diplomacy, superior negotiation, conflict resolution, and exceptional prioritization skills. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong technical competence, the ability to analyze feedback trends, troubleshoot technical issues, and present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
How you'll make an impact:
- Promote and drive platform adoption by collaborating with customers on the creation of measurable goals aligned with their objectives.
- Demonstrate proficiency in platform features and architecture, including hands-on capabilities with advanced configurations, integrations, and custom workflows.
- Onboard and train Altitude customers and partners.
- Continuously audit and refine documentation based on product changes and user feedback to ensure it remains a reliable, accessible resource for all user types.
- Develop modular, role-based learning paths and interactive content to support onboarding and ongoing operation (tutorials, videos, etc).
- Partner with Product Management to translate recurring customer feedback into actionable insights and consideration to be used in roadmap development.
- Collaborate with the Support team to ensure any customer issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with Product, BD, and Marketing to identify compelling success stories and assist in creation of case studies / blog posts for public-facing content and industry events.
- Analyze feedback trends to detect potential friction points, develop targeted action plans for improvement, and communicate changes back to customers to close the loop.
- Monitor account health metrics, intervene early with at-risk accounts, and escalate appropriately to engage additional resources.
What you'll bring to the role:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related positions, with a proven track record of success working directly with business customers, including enterprise clients.
- Experience leveraging customer success tools (i.e., Salesforce) and other CRM platforms.
- Ability to travel up to 25%. A passport is required.
- 3-5 years of experience working within or alongside a technical or engineering organization/knowledge of the high-technology industry, with a strong understanding of SaaS, GIS and enterprise software.
- Extensive experience with APIs, reporting, and/or business analysis, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and understand complex data structures.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including superior negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must stay relevant to technology and should have the flexibility to adapt to the growing technology and market demands.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with exceptional prioritization and time management skills.
- A strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
