Manager, Payer Integration - Lyra Health

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Payer Integration Managers, with the primary role to finalize health plan integrations with customers and provide strategic support to the organization regarding future initiatives with payers.

• Act as a cross-functional Subject-Matter Expert for Health Plan Integration (HPI) product, including training, problem-solving, and providing input to product development as needed.

• Support partnerships related to HPI work, including business development, product design, and creating an optimal member/customer experience.

• Participate in sales conversations to help support and qualify the product’s implementation with customer health plans.

• Provide consultation related to payer integration and billing to support future Lyra products and services.

• Collaborate closely with Billing, Marketing, Product, Health Plan/Health System, and Customer Support teams to identify trends in member concerns and consider necessary updates, including coordination with the provider team.

• Assist the product team in documentation and conversations with health plans and customers related to HPI launch and ongoing support.

• Develop relationships with key players at health plans to facilitate integrations and customer support.

• Help resolve complex setup challenges with different health plans.

• Display agility and comfort with ambiguity to adapt and adjust to market changes, organizational state, and shifting priorities.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of work experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

• College degree or equivalent years of managerial experience.

• Experience in the employer-sponsored health benefits space, preferably with or for a health plan.

• Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape.

• Excellent listening and communication skills—both oral and written—with an emphasis on gaining trust and credibility, and building relationships at all organizational levels, both externally and internally.

• Ability to solve problems in a highly collaborative manner.

• Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to build scalable processes.

• Experience working with customers, implementing digital products/services, including coordination with health plans.

• Passion for working in collaboration across internal teams, both leading and supporting multiple stakeholders.
