About the Role

: Lyra Health is seeking a high-impact Operations Lead to execute operations for the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence (COE). This role is designed for a strategic operator who excels at the intersection of process design, clinical collaboration, and innovation. You will drive the COE’s workflows, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support clients and providers. Ideal candidates are self-starters who thrive on building scalable systems while maintaining a focus on client and provider experience.","

Responsibilities:

• Metric Management & Risk Mitigation: Monitor key Neuro COE program metrics, identifying and addressing operational risks and opportunities to ensure program health.

• Strategic Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive the operational roadmap and execute the broader COE strategy.

• Clinical Support: Independently manage day-to-day operations supporting providers and the clinical team, collaborating with partners across Clinical, Product/Design, Data Science, Analytics, and HR/Legal.

• End-to-End Project Ownership: Scope and manage initiatives like improving process scalability and training clinical/support staff on new workflows.

• Process Design: Design and implement scalable operational solutions capable of handling increased volume and complexity as the COE grows.

• Problem Solving: Analyze complex operational challenges to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Requires 8+ years of experience in digital health operations, management consulting, or related fields; high-growth or startup experience is strongly preferred.

• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior-level stakeholders, adjusting communication styles for different audiences.

• Highly organized self-starter with strong prioritization skills and the ability to drive clarity amidst ambiguity.

• Experience building new programs from the ground up.

• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive results across complex documentation, work plans, and deadlines.

• Facility with data analysis (preferably in Google Sheets, SQL, and Snowflake) and a metrics-driven approach to problem-solving.
