Position Overview
We are seeking a highly autonomous, strategically minded, and client-fluent CRM Manager to join our elite CRM division under a permanent, full-time remote configuration open across the United States. Reporting directly to the Director of CRM, you will claim end-to-end operational and strategic ownership over retention and customer lifecycle pipelines for 6+ direct-to-consumer (DTC) accounts spanning industries like food & beverage, beauty, apparel, and tech. Shifting completely away from non-technical text writing logs, low-level standalone data entry sheets, or basic manual layout shifting, you will direct an active consumer lifecycle optimization, customer cohort segmentation, and automated omni-channel engagement laboratory. In this dual leadership and client-facing seat, you will manage, mentor, and review the output of 1–2 dedicated CRM Analysts. This position requires an e-commerce marketing authority with 2–5 years of dedicated agency history who maps conversion loops fluidly natively using Email Marketing and retention primitives, commands hands-on tool optimization inside systems like Braze and Klaviyo, designs subscription or loyalty frameworks, and interprets database behaviors to maximize repeat buyer counts.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship & Strategy Governance: Act as the core strategic point of contact across 6+ premium DTC accounts, providing best-in-class retention and customer acquisition blueprints natively utilizing Email Marketing methodologies.
- End-to-End Campaign Production: Supervise and execute the lifecycle production pipeline—leading initial lifecycle ideation, asset brief handoffs to creative design, database build scheduling, and cross-channel deployment.
- Omni-Channel Retention Architecture: Design, deploy, and scale cohesive customer retention structures spanning any strategic mix of email automation, SMS alerts, loyalty point layers, referral systems, and subscription programs.
- Analyst Team Mentorship: Direct, evaluate, and coach 1–2 embedded CRM Analysts, overseeing their daily tasks, database configurations, and tracking logs to build account management capabilities.
- Rigorous Quality Assurance (QA): Serve as the final technical gatekeeper providing thorough QA validations over all team deliverables, encompassing link integrity, text alignment, database queries, and send configurations.
- Data-Driven Telemetry Auditing: Compile and evaluate ad-hoc, weekly, and monthly reporting sets, translating technical tracking indicators into actionable commercial recommendations for client stakeholders.
- Database Segmentation Control: Manage advanced database cleaning and dynamic customer profiling to ensure promotional flows target correct conversion layers across the funnel.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 2–5 years of proven, successful professional history operating inside an Email Marketing Specialist, CRM Manager, Retention Strategist, Growth Account Lead, or closely matching technical marketing agency capacity.
- Mandatory E-commerce Agency Background: Dedicated, hands-on production history handling accounts inside a fast-paced digital marketing agency framework, managing consumer-focused (DTC) brands.
- Confident Braze Platform Command: Direct, practical experience leveraging Braze within the last 3 years, demonstrating full technical confidence building, segmenting, and launching campaign runs.
- Advanced software tool mastery operating within modern Enterprise Service Providers (ESPs) and campaign management tools, specifically showing heavy background with Klaviyo structures.
- Exposure to adjacent modern CRM tech suites, database integrations, or analytics platforms (e.g., Iterable, Attentive, Wonderment, Yotpo).
- Outstanding written, verbal, and visual presentation communication strengths in English, with an established history leading strategic client meetings using Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel data sheets.
- Location Context: Position operates under remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified CRM professionals residing permanently within the United States.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Possess a formal Bachelor’s or Associate degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Marketing, Behavioral Psychology, or a relevant quantitative stream.
- Familiarity with tracking metrics (such as Open Rates, CTR, AOV, LTV, and Churn indexes) and optimizing messaging to match real-time e-commerce revenue data.
- Prior collaborative history alongside creative design houses, e-commerce content writers, or web developers to scaffold high-converting asset templates.
What We Offer
- Top-Tier US Digital Agency Compensation Matrix: A highly competitive annual base salary structure of $70,000 - $90,000 USD calibrated to your CRM and client-facing history, supplemented by attractive corporate features.
- 100% remote workspace infrastructure freedom anywhere inside the United States, giving you premium schedule flexibility within a supportive virtual family.
- Elite Category Partner Credentials: Unique professional growth milestones achieved by working inside a designated Klaviyo Elite Master Partner agency, putting your career at the top 2% of the global landscape.
- Comprehensive health care preservation benefits protecting employees, providing high-tier Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage frameworks.
- Access to continuous leadership training paths, specialized business development workshops, and a transparent, rigorous culture that values ownership and rewards data-backed execution.
