Licensed Therapist (Full-time, Remote) - Telehealth Services

We are looking for full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program!

Benefits: Our team works 100% remotely from their own homes!

• W2, Full-time

• $80,000–$89,000 base salary; total earning opportunity with bonuses totaling $100,000 annually for top earners.

• Monday–Friday schedule; no weekends. Shift options include 9 AM–6 PM, 10 AM–7 PM, or 11 AM–8 PM EST

• We partner with commercial health plans and are a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider, serving patients across the lifespan.

Requirements:

• Master’s-level degree and licensure required.

• All LMHC and LMFT candidates must have Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D / LMFT-D) to apply.

• Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. (no employer sponsorship required).

• Work-from-home space must ensure privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.

• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.

Skills:

• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis

• Treatment planning

• Comfortable utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.

• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals

• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
