Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and social media safety policies.
• Analyze reported content for potential violations, including hate speech, misinformation, and prohibited media.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and efficiency while moderating content in Italian.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends and patterns within the social media landscape.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve moderation processes and internal policy documentation.
• Ensure the integrity of the user experience by maintaining a safe and healthy online environment.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on evolving social media industry regulations.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid Greek work permit.
• Strong interest in the social media industry and current digital trends.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make objective, policy-based decisions.
• Proficiency in English to effectively communicate within an international office environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
