Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat channels.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries and technical issues with a focus on first-contact resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Stay updated on the latest products and services to provide accurate and relevant assistance to users.
• Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing knowledge and best practices within the Customer Support Services department.
• Consistently meet individual and team performance targets to ensure service excellence.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for success in Italian-speaking jobs.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the Customer Support Services sector.
• Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, and integrate into a multicultural team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of patience and empathy.
