Als IT Security Architekt (gn) – IAM & OnPrem verantwortest du das Sicherheits-Zielbild und die Standards für Identitäten und die On-Premises-Infrastruktur. Du entwirfst Referenzarchitekturen für Identity & Access Management, On-Prem Active Directory (inkl. hybrider Anbindung an Entra ID) sowie die zugehörige On-Prem-Infrastruktur und berätst die umsetzenden Teams.

Deine Mission bei uns

  • Verantwortungsbereiche / Domänen

    • Identity & Access Management (IAM): Referenzarchitektur und Standards für Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepte, Rezertifizierung, Joiner/Mover/Leaver-Prozesse und privilegierte Zugriffe (PAM).
    • On-Prem Active Directory: Härtungs- und Tiering-Konzepte, Absicherung privilegierter Konten, sichere Administrationsmodelle.
    • Entra ID (Hybrid): Sichere Kopplung von On-Prem AD und Cloud-Identität, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management – als Teil eines konsistenten hybriden Identitätskonzepts.
    • On-Prem Infrastruktur & Netzwerk: Sicherheitsvorgaben für Segmentierung, Zugriffs- und Übergangsarchitekturen sowie sichere Fernzugriffe im On-Prem-Umfeld.
    • OT / Produktionssicherheit (optional, zukünftig): Referenzarchitektur und Standards für die sichere Trennung und Anbindung von OT-/Produktionssystemen an die IT.

    Architektur & Standards

    • Zielbild & Referenzarchitektur: Entwicklung von Sicherheits-Zielbildern und Referenzarchitekturen für IAM und die On-Prem-Infrastruktur.
    • Standards & Vorgaben: Erstellung verbindlicher Sicherheitsstandards, Guidelines und ADRs; Definition von Least-Privilege- und Security-by-Design-Prinzipien.
    • Risiko- & Architektur-Reviews: Bewertung bestehender und geplanter Lösungen, Identifikation von Schwachstellen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen – ohne selbst zu implementieren.

    Beratung & Enablement

    • Fachliche Beratung: Beratung aller technischen Teams (u. a. IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerk, Engineering) zur sicheren Umsetzung der Vorgaben.
    • Tool-Auswahl & Einführung: Auswahl geeigneter IAM-/Security-Tools und fachliche Begleitung sowie Überwachung ihrer Einführung.
