Position Summary
SRS Acquiom seeks a driven and enthusiastic lawyer to serve as an Institutional Client Relations Director, focusing primarily on deals venued in the United States, Canada, and Israel. The Director will work closely with lead investors on engagements where SRS Acquiom serves as the post-closing shareholders’ representative. Lead investors typically include founders, C-suite executives, and institutional investors such as venture capital and private equity funds.
The Director will meet with lead investors to discuss relevant deal terms and coordinate post-closing activities shortly after closing. The Director will serve as an escalation point for lead investors and also internally where SRSA members require direction or insight throughout the deal’s post-closing lifecycle. This is a highly client-facing role, and the Director must be comfortable communicating with clients by videoconference and otherwise numerous times per day. The Director must be able to understand and succinctly discuss deal terms with lead investors.
Location: This position is either hybrid out of our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position within the Continental United States.
If the candidate selected lives within a 20-mile radius of our downtown Denver office, they will be classified as a hybrid employee, and beginning September 8, 2026, working one day per week in the office is expected. Beginning January 1, 2027, two days per week in office will be expected. If the candidate selected lives outside a 20-mile radius of the Denver office, they will be classified as a fully remote employee, and in-person onsite visits to the Denver headquarters will be required on average three times per year.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $165k and $175k, depending on experience level.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as primary client contact for lead investors on post-closing transaction management.
- Communicate with lead investors on deals venued primarily in the United States, Canada, Israel, and occasionally other locations worldwide, regarding post-closing deal terms and activities.
- Schedule and lead introductory videoconference calls with lead investors to discuss post-closing deal terms and anticipated workflows.
- This position involves heavy use of videoconference calls with lead investors. An average day may consist of one to as many as five videoconference calls with different investor groups. Calls with investors in Israel and other locations outside North America are generally during or adjacent to standard North American business hours.
- Interpret, analyze, and understand M&A deal documents sufficient to provide guidance to lead investors and internal departments.
- Resolve lead investor escalations by deploying appropriate internal resource or handling directly as appropriate.
- Collaborate in a collegial manner with other teams and groups within the Company.
- Actively participate, or take the lead on, special projects as needed.
- Assist Business Development team with outreach and relationship management as required.
- Thought leadership through webinars and written pieces as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- J.D. from a reputable law school.
- At least five years legal experience in corporate, securities, contract, or business litigation environments.
- Registered to practice law in a U.S. or Canadian jurisdiction
- Comfortable with understanding and discussing complex written contracts

Physical Requirements/Special Demands
- A flexible schedule and willingness to work outside of standard business hours, and occasional nights/weekends if required by client demands
- Occasional travel may be requested.
