SRS Acquiom is seeking a UX Researcher to conduct end-to-end research on complex client and internal workflows, turning findings into actionable insights that improve our digital experiences. You’ll also help establish repeatable practices, tools, and repositories that make research easier to run, more consistent, and scalable.
The position can be located in Denver or can be fully remote, though you may be expected to travel occasionally to our Denver headquarters.
Location: Denver (Hybrid) or Remote
Compensation: The hiring salary range for this position is between $120k - $135k, depending on level of experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Design, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize research opportunities
- Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, concept evaluations, surveys, and other research methods
- Define research goals, participant criteria, and study plans; write screeners and discussion guides
- Work with designers to develop concepts, prototypes, and other materials needed for research
- Coordinate participant recruitment and scheduling with internal teams and external research vendors
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable insights and recommendations
- Communicate research findings clearly through readouts, reports, journey maps, workflow maps, and other artifacts
- Help establish repeatable research practices, templates, and standards that improve research quality and consistency
- Maintain a reusable research repository so insights can be shared and applied across teams
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience conducting UX research, product research, design research, or a closely related discipline
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information for different audiences
- Comfort working with ambiguity, complex workflows, and evolving business or product priorities
