OpusClip is the world's No.1 AI video agent, built for authenticity on social media. We envision a world where everyone can authentically share their story through video, with no expertise needed. Within just 18 months of our launch, over 20 million creators and businesses have used OpusClip to enhance their social presence.
We have raised $50 million in total funding and are fortunate to have some of the most supportive investors, including SoftBank Vision Fund, DCM Ventures, Millennium New Horizons, Fellows Fund, AI Grant, Jason Lemkin (SaaStr), Samsung Next, GTMfund, Alumni Ventures, and many more.
We're hiring an Influencer Partnership Manager to scale our creator program. You'll find, sign, and launch creator partnerships at high volume. You'll also build real, long-term relationships with the creators who matter most to our brand.
This is a hands-on execution role. You'll run outreach and negotiations across hundreds of creators at once, keep a clean pipeline, and ship dozens of influencer posts every week. You also need a sharp read on the creator economy: who's growing, what formats work on each platform, what fair rates look like, and where the best opportunities are. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside some of the top creators in the world, who are at the forefront of shaping the future of the creator economy. This position reports directly to the Head of Creator Partnerships.
📝 Responsibilities
Scale outreach. Build and run high-volume outreach systems (sourcing, sequencing, follow-ups, and automation) to grow our creator pipeline every week.
Negotiate and close. Run negotiations with creators, managers, and agencies across many deals at once. Land fair rates, clear deliverables, and the usage rights we need, within budget.
Launch campaigns end to end. Own briefs, contracts, content review, posting schedules, and payments so every partnership ships on time.
Build lasting creator relationships. Turn one-off sponsorships into long-term partnerships. Be the person creators trust and want to work with again.
Know the landscape. Track creator economy trends, platform changes, and rate benchmarks. Use what you learn to sharpen who we partner with and how.
Measure and optimize. Report on views, CPM, signups, and ROI for every campaign. Double down on what works and cut what doesn't.
Own the pipeline. Keep our creator CRM and deal tracker accurate, current, and easy for the team to use.
Show up at events. Join and support the team at industry events, meet creators in person, and turn those conversations into partnerships.
Bring the creator voice inside. Share creator feedback and content insights with product and marketing.
📝 Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, ideally at a tech or SaaS company.
A proven record of running high-volume creator programs: dozens of live partnerships at a time, managed across a full pipeline.
Strong negotiation skills, with direct experience contracting creators, talent managers, and agencies.
Deep knowledge of the creator economy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X, including formats, audiences, and rate benchmarks.
A bias for action. You move fast, follow up relentlessly, and ship campaigns while others are still planning.
Highly organized, with the systems to track hundreds of conversations without dropping one.
A data-driven approach to measuring campaign performance and making budget decisions.
A natural relationship builder. Creators enjoy working with you and come back for more.
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup where priorities shift quickly.
Passionate about AI and video.
📝 Bonus Points
You've run influencer marketing for a company that sells to marketers, SMBs, or agencies.
You already have a strong network of creators, talent managers, and agencies.
You've built outreach automation with tools like Clay, Instantly, or similar.
You have experience managing communications at scale, able to manage hundreds of relationships simultaneously.
You're a creator yourself, or you've worked closely on short-form video.
You've grown an affiliate or ambassador program.
The role might not be for you if
You're looking for a sales, business development, or event planning role.
You prefer strategy decks over hands-on execution.
You've mostly managed a handful of high-touch deals and haven't run outreach at scale.
You see creators purely as ad inventory rather than as long-term partners.
The details
Location: remote, preferably based in Los Angeles
Travel to industry events and creator meetups as needed
