DualEntry
View Company ProfileDualEntry (operating under dualentry.com, legally DualEntry, Inc.) is a premier enterprise-grade, AI-native Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and financial accounting platform engineered to modernize, automate, and scale financial operations for mid-market and publicly traded enterprises. Founded in 2024, the corporation engineered a solution to the structural limits of legacy on-premise and starter cloud ERP platforms—where corporate accounting teams spend up to 90% of their operational bandwidth on manual data entry, disconnected spreadsheets, and weeks-long month-end close delays. Moving far beyond basic ledger tracking, DualEntry's cloud-native architecture natively unifies a secure multi-entity and multi-currency general ledger (supporting over 180 local currencies across 240 countries), advanced accounts payable and receivable processing, automated revenue recognition, fixed asset management, and complex intercompany eliminations. At the core of the platform is its "Accounting Intelligence" engine, a foundational layer featuring automated optical character recognition (OCR) document reading, predictive anomaly detection, continuous data audits, and dynamic allocation mapping that seamlessly splits expenses across regional subsidiaries. Backed by more than 13,000 live banking connections and real-time integration nodes with corporate expense engines like Ramp, DualEntry powers instantaneous transactional matching, allowing corporate controllers to shrink the traditional monthly close cycle down to a single day. Driven by rapid upmarket enterprise adoption, the hyper-growth financial software pioneer completed a blockbuster $90 million Series A financing round in October 2025, lifting its total institutional capital to $96 million with elite tier-one venture backing from GV (Google Ventures), Lightspeed Venture Partners, Khosla Ventures, and Contrary. Compliant with SOX, SOC 2, and GDPR standards, DualEntry equips CFOs and corporate treasurers with real-time predictive insights, natural-language reporting copilots, and multi-dimensional financial visualization. Headquartered in New York City, DualEntry stands as the definitive technological standard for automated modern corporate finance—replacing spreadsheet chaos with autonomous journal creation, real-time multi-book compliance, and predictable corporate financial oversight.
