Where you'll create impact
- Set up and own the mobile architecture and development process those other developers to come
- Eventually manage a team
- Control from end-to-end the application procedure and code practices
- Manage builds, store submission, OTA updates, releases
What sets you up for success
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency
- Shipped and maintained at least one production app end-to-end
- At least 4+ years with React Native (or native iOS/Android + fast RN ramp) with Expo experience
- At least 5 years with Typescript
- Comfortable with Expo + EAS (Build, Submit, Update)
- Owned a full store release cycle: signing/provisioning, TestFlight (iOS) & internal tracks, review back-and-forth
- Solid mobile perf instincts (Hermes is a nice to have)
- Shipped something with real scale (offline-first, 100k+ users)
- Has written or patched a native module (Swift/Kotlin)
- iOS development experience
