  • Partner with account teams to develop account strategies, identify growth opportunities, and align UiPath solutions to customer priorities and business objectives.
  • Conduct discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders to understand current-state operations, process challenges, and transformation opportunities.
  • Leverage process intelligence methodologies to identify inefficiencies, quantify value potential, and build automation roadmaps.
  • Design and deliver compelling demonstrations, executive presentations, and proof-of-value engagements that showcase UiPath’s platform capabilities.
  • Architect solutions that combine AI, automation, orchestration, document understanding, and agentic workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product + Engineering, Customer Success, and Industry Solution teams to ensure customer feedback influences product innovation and solution development.
  • Develop industry-specific solution narratives and use cases tailored to healthcare priorities.
  • Support technical evaluations and guide customers through architecture, security, governance, scalability, and deployment discussions.
  • Act as a thought leader within the healthcare payer market and represent UiPath at customer meetings, industry events, and executive briefings.
  • Share best practices, lessons learned, and industry insights across the UiPath go-to-market organization.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Deep expertise in Healthcare Payer operations, including areas such as:
    • Claims management
    • Prior authorization
    • Utilization management

  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, enterprise applications, and modern technology architectures.
  • Experience leading consultative discovery conversations with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, operational excellence frameworks, and process transformation practices.
  • Experience working with large enterprise organizations in complex, highly regulated environments.
  • Background in sales engineering, consulting, solution architecture, digital transformation, intelligent automation, or related fields.

Their primary target audience spans across massive global enterprises, including major financial institutions, healthcare providers, and government agencies looking to drive massive digital transformation and operational efficiency. What sets UiPath apart in the automation industry is its relentless focus on the "Automation First" era; they provide incredibly robust, low-code tools like UiPath Studio that empower both hardcore software engineers and everyday business laypersons to create AI-driven automations, effectively bridging the gap between cutting-edge agentic AI and practical enterprise workflows.
