As a Healthcare Sales Engineer focused on our Payer domain, you will serve as a trusted advisor to health plans and payer organizations, helping them identify, design, and scale transformative solutions that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and member outcomes.

You will partner with executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams to uncover opportunities where AI and automation can drive measurable business value while positioning UiPath as the strategic platform for enterprise transformation.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to healthcare organizations with an emphasis on payer organizations, helping them identify opportunities to improve business outcomes with Agentic Automation and AI-powered process transformation.
  • Evangelize the value of combining AI agents, automation, process intelligence, and human expertise to optimize complex healthcare operations.
  • Partner with account teams to develop account strategies, identify growth opportunities, and align UiPath solutions to customer priorities and business objectives.
  • Conduct discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders to understand current-state operations, process challenges, and transformation opportunities.
  • Leverage process intelligence methodologies to identify inefficiencies, quantify value potential, and build automation roadmaps.
  • Design and deliver compelling demonstrations, executive presentations, and proof-of-value engagements that showcase UiPath’s platform capabilities.
  • Architect solutions that combine AI, automation, orchestration, document understanding, and agentic workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product + Engineering, Customer Success, and Industry Solution teams to ensure customer feedback influences product innovation and solution development.
  • Develop industry-specific solution narratives and use cases tailored to healthcare priorities.
  • Support technical evaluations and guide customers through architecture, security, governance, scalability, and deployment discussions.
  • Act as a thought leader within the healthcare payer market and represent UiPath at customer meetings, industry events, and executive briefings.
  • Share best practices, lessons learned, and industry insights across the UiPath go-to-market organization.

  • Experience helping healthcare organizations improve operational performance through technology-driven transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to connect business challenges with technical solutions and articulate measurable business value.
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, enterprise applications, and modern technology architectures.
  • Experience leading consultative discovery conversations with executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, operational excellence frameworks, and process transformation practices.
  • Experience working with large enterprise organizations in complex, highly regulated environments.
  • Background in sales engineering, consulting, solution architecture, digital transformation, intelligent automation, or related fields.
  • Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Requires up to 25% travel.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role.
