WellTheory
View Company ProfileWellTheory (operating at welltheory.com) is a virtual-first autoimmune care and functional medicine platform engineered to transform treatment for the over 50 million Americans living with complex, chronic autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. Founded in 2022 by Ellen Rudolph and Wallace Cooper and headquartered in New York, New York, WellTheory bridges the massive divide between conventional symptom-suppressing care and root-cause holistic healing. The platform replaces years of medical gaslighting, fragmented specialist referrals, and isolated trial-and-error diet attempts with continuous, evidence-based care plans. Under the hood, WellTheory combines clinical oversight, personalized nutrition and lifestyle coaching, symptom tracking, and peer community support tailored to over 100 autoimmune diagnoses—including Hashimoto's, Celiac disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Psoriasis. Backed by $26M+ in venture financing from General Catalyst, 7wire Ventures, Accel, BoxGroup, Lux Capital, and Leaps by Bayer, WellTheory partners with individuals, employers, and health plans to drive measurable clinical symptom reduction, lower total cost of care, and improve long-term quality of life.
