About the Role

Every customer-facing team at Scribe generates a workstream from lead to action that today depends on managers doing constant coaching and course-correction by hand. You'll be the person who fixes that: diagnosing what's working across Sales, Marketing, and CS, then building the AI agents and automations that execute your recommendations directly. Reporting to the Director of GTM Operations, you'll move fast across functions, shaping everything from sales plays to enterprise pricing.

What You'll Do

  • Rebuild Scribe's territory model into a structured, defensible account universe with clear ICP segmentation and scoring

  • Turn signal-based outbound into a repeatable, AI-driven engine that keeps sales fed with fresh, high-quality activity

  • Build and maintain production-grade AI agents across Claude, OpenAI, and Dust that make the revenue org faster and more consistent

  • Design a measurement framework connecting outbound activity to pipeline to ARR, with attribution the whole team trusts

  • Own Clay as a platform: enrichment strategy, credit ROI, and best-practice adoption across the team

  • Deliver GTM performance analysis that changes how the revenue team operates, not just reports on it

  • Evaluate and roll out new AI tools that expand what the GTM org can do

What We're Looking For

  • You've spent 3-5 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Finance, or a comparable function

  • You build in Claude, Cursor, OpenAI, Dust, or similar tools daily and can self-serve rather than wait on others

  • You bring a consultant's instinct to messy problems: structured thinking, clear outputs, and a recommendation ready before anyone asks

  • You've built or managed Clay tables and enrichment workflows and think naturally about credit efficiency

  • You can look at funnel data, spot the anomaly, and explain what it means for the business

  • You go after gaps without being told to, and ambiguity doesn't slow down your output

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot

  • Familiarity with SQL, Sigma, and Snowflake

  • A background in B2B SaaS, ideally PLG or hybrid GTM models

This role is not for you if

  • You prefer to analyze and advise but not build the thing yourself

  • You need well-defined processes handed to you rather than building from scratch

  • You want to stay in one lane; this role spans strategy, data, automation, and cross-functional partnership
