Want to know if you're a match for this job?
The right candidate treats ambiguity as normal, brings structure to it, and is comfortable owning a channel or program from planning through execution through analysis. You’ll sit on the Growth Marketing team, which has direct accountability to lead and pipeline targets, and work in lockstep with Partnerships, Content, Brand, and Events to bring programs to life.
What You’ll Own
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, and landing pages, owning results against pipeline and lead targets
- Manage day-to-day execution of HubSpot campaigns, including landing pages, forms, email nurture sequences, and workflow logic
- Own HubSpot data integrity: lead and deal data accuracy, attribution hygiene, and reporting that the team can trust
- Manage relationships with agencies and contractors for creative and paid media, from briefing through asset delivery
- Direct the creation of email and ad copy, using AI tools like Claude alongside the content team, and set the quality bar for what goes out
- Build and present weekly and monthly performance reporting, surfacing insights and recommendations to leadership, not just numbers
- Partner with the Senior Director of Growth Marketing on channel strategy, budget allocation, and testing roadmaps
- Bring a point of view on what’s working and what to cut, backed by data
What We’re Looking For
- 4-7 years of marketing experience, with meaningful time in a startup or fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, including workflows, reporting, and campaign builds
- Proven experience owning paid media, email marketing, or conversion rate optimization as a primary responsibility, not just a supporting task
- Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report or contractor
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Experience with project management tools like Asana
- Experience using AI to speed up processes and automate tasks
- Working knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Claude
- Strong grasp of marketing funnels and KPIs like CPL, pipeline, and revenue, and the ability to explain what’s driving them
- Comfort working with imperfect data and improving it rather than waiting for someone else to fix it

Levanta
View Company ProfileLevanta (operating at levanta.io) is a creator and affiliate platform engineered for modern e-commerce, specializing in unifying referral, influencer, and affiliate programs into a single system. Founded by Ian Brodie and Spencer McKenney, Levanta bridges the gap between brands, publishers, influencers, and marketplaces by streamlining recruitment, sample distribution, performance tracking, and payout management—particularly for Amazon sellers. Under the hood, the platform acts as a facilitator, enabling seamless collaboration between brands and content creators while automating workflows that traditionally required fragmented tools. This allows e-commerce brands and agencies to consolidate their partnership programs, reduce operational overhead, and scale revenue-generating partnerships more efficiently. Backed by a $1.4M total funding across two rounds and a subsequent $20M Series A led by Volition Capital, Levanta is positioned as a key player in retail media advertising platforms.
