Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, versatile, and solution-oriented Graphic Designer to join our global centralized creative vertical under a permanent, full-time remote configuration open exclusively across the Philippines. In this high-impact creative seat, you will claim visual stewardship over Instructure’s global learning ecosystem, converting complex educational data structures and multi-channel campaign goals into crisp, impactful visual stories. Shifting completely away from non-technical admin logs, manual data entry sheet filling, or entry-level layout adjustments, you will operate an active cross-platform layout generation, accessibility compliance design, and digital asset orchestration laboratory. Partnering face-to-face with embedded copywriters, growth managers, and content specialists, your work will directly fuel some of our marketing department’s most essential branding projects. This position requires an engineering-minded creative authority with 3–5+ years of professional history who maps campaign assets fluidly natively using Graphic Design and UI/UX primitives, commands expert-level proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud networks, and enforces rigid WCAG digital design accessibility rules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ecosystem Brand Stewardship: Maintain, protect, and continuously evolve the macro visual identity of the Instructure learning brand, ensuring flawless visual alignment across digital, print, and environmental touchpoints.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Architecture: Conceptualize, design, and execute cohesive visual assets for global marketing funnels natively utilizing Graphic Design best practices across social channels, web banners, and long-form layouts.
  • High-Scale Event Creative Design: Support premier international events (such as InstructureCon) by designing extensive attendee and employee enablement packages, including presentation graphics, social media kits, and one-pagers.
  • Cross-Functional Creative Syncing: Collaborate deeply alongside in-house copywriters, multimedia content creators, and regional growth cell leads to ensure an entirely frictionless user journey.
  • Asana Queue Governance & Asset Management: Act as the absolute owner of a high-volume team design queue inside Asana, systematically cataloging, structuring, and maintaining a scalable digital asset brand library.
  • AI-Native Asset Discovery: Proactively explore, benchmark, and deploy next-generation generative AI tools and visual asset layers to accelerate design discovery, prototyping speeds, and layout iterations.
  • Accessibility-First Contrast Enforcement: Ensure that every produced digital layout aligns rigidly with global WCAG accessibility standards, specifically optimizing color contrast thresholds for diverse learner demographics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3–5+ years of proven, successful professional history operating inside a Graphic Designer, Brand Layout Artist, Creative UI/UX Specialist, or closely matching technical marketing agency capacity (prior B2B SaaS corporate software history is a major plus).
  • Expert Creative Cloud Command: Master-level production tool fluency across core Adobe Creative Cloud programs, explicitly showing advanced capabilities inside Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Demonstrated history designing comprehensive multi-channel digital campaign frameworks, with a portfolio proving a clean modern aesthetic and an ability to translate raw data into a digestible layout flow.
  • Practical tool literacy navigating modern digital design and collaboration workspaces, including Canva and Figma structures.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication strengths in English, with an established history explaining the strategic “why” behind design decisions and executing cross-functional feedback loops gracefully.
  • Location Context: Position operates under remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified creative talents residing permanently within the Philippines.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior technical or design experience working with animation workflows, motion graphics design, or basic video editing (utilizing After Effects and Premiere Pro lines).
  • Grounded knowledge of prepress setups, print production parameters, and bleed alignments for large-scale physical environmental events.
  • Exposure to agile product methodologies, sprint tracking frameworks, and daily synchronization tools like Asana and Slack.
