Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, resolving complex inquiries within the Logistics & Supply Chain sector.
• Coordinate and track international shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery cycles.
• Collaborate with internal distribution teams to identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation for high-volume logistics transactions.
• Provide proactive updates to stakeholders regarding shipment status and potential transit issues.
• Utilize industry-specific software to streamline delivery processes and enhance overall service quality.
• Support the continuous improvement of logistics workflows to optimize customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Professional proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication.
• Previous experience in customer support, logistics, or the supply chain industry is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
