Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high accuracy and efficiency standards while processing large volumes of social media posts in the German language.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport is required for all applicants.

• Previous experience in social media or customer support is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in English to effectively communicate within a multicultural office environment.
