Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed, and systems-driven Full Stack Software Engineer to join our core centralized Engineering collective in a full-time remote capacity across the United States. Operating at the foundational core of our technology enhancement pipelines, you will step up to claim true individual strategic and operational accountability across the entire product lifecycle—planning, architecting, and maintaining the highly efficient and scalable frontend displays and backend services that drive our customer experiences. Shifting completely away from routine frontend layout tweaking, basic static note-logging, simple standalone script copying, or disconnected database entry loops, you will run an active software lab—partnering face-to-face with agile product managers, UX/UI designers, and distributed engineering guilds. This position requires an enterprise tech or consumer marketplace veteran with 5+ years of software craft depth who programs distributed microservices fluidly natively using Python MVC frameworks, constructs atomic user interfaces smoothly natively using Next.js or modern frontend structures, and commands complex relational database models and architectural design reviews confidently under strict production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack System Engineering and Refactoring: Plan, program, maintain, and refactor distributed backend engines and frontend interface layers, delivering highly performant software products cleanly natively utilizing Python development lifecycle standards.
• Decoupled Architecture Implementation: Drive product enhancements by building out scalable code structures across prominent frameworks (Django, Flask, Pyramid, or Ruby on Rails), ensuring absolute architectural robustness.
• End-to-End Strategic Initiative Ownership: Take absolute personal ownership over complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives, breaking them down independently into clear milestone workstreams from kickoff to completion.
• Relational Schema Database Modeling: Formulate, manage, and optimize database layers, handling deep relational modeling tasks and writing highly performant SQL queries to manage high-volume consumer transaction data.
• Transparent Architectural Communication: Document and articulate complex software design and layout tradeoffs clearly to cross-cutting groups, ensuring technical alignment without building code components inside a black box.
• Web Interface Integration and Optimization: Build, scale, and maintain responsive application views smoothly natively leveraging Next.js, Gatsby, or Ruby on Rails MVC structures paired with advanced CSS or TailwindCSS framework wrappers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of verified professional history running advanced full-stack software development, object-oriented backend programming, distributed web architecture design, real estate technology execution, or technical product consulting.
• Mandatory Technology Stack Sourcing Proficiency: Proven, hands-on production history explicitly coding within Python environments (Django, Flask, or Pyramid ecosystems) and/or Ruby backends, demonstrating a powerful command of software design patterns and their real-world application boundaries.
