About the Role

ElevenLabs is seeking Full-Stack Engineers to develop and maintain front-end and back-end components for Creative & Studio products, including Image/Video, Flows, Agentic Creation, Audiobooks, and Music/Studio features.

General Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining products on top of cutting-edge voice models used by millions of users.

• High ownership: Developing product roadmaps and running experiments across Creative Platform, Music, and GenAI.

• Collaborating with Engineering, Growth, and Sales teams to solve critical customer and internal workflow problems.

• Building end-to-end API and Core Engineering workflows for enterprise customers, with potential ML involvement in generative output quality for Image/Video models.

Engineers are paired with work that aligns with their strengths and interests, allowing flexibility across the company.Specific Responsibilities

• Strong product engineering mindset to build 0 > 1 (API through to UI), scoping and creating new proof-of-concept products for potential market capture.

• Improving existing products to ensure they are intuitive, powerful, and innovative, potentially involving sweeping architecture changes or new functionality.

• Maintaining and strengthening internal infrastructure to ensure product performance, security, and scalability.

• Working with massive-scale datasets to lay the groundwork for next-generation voice models in generative AI.

Requirements

ElevenLabs does not require formal experience, certifications, or degrees. Instead, they seek software engineers who can demonstrate solving complex problems through past projects, designs, or GitHub contributions.

Required:

• Expertise in Python.

• Experience with Web Development using TypeScript/React.

• Familiarity with software and system design patterns, APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage solutions, and data structures.

• Experience designing APIs, platform reliability, and building products at scale.

• Bonus: Experience deploying products directly to enterprise customers or exposure to ML/GenAI.
