Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated content on social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.

• Stay updated on the evolving trends and safety policies within the global social media landscape.

• Report technical issues or potential policy gaps to senior management to improve platform safety.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Bulgaria).
• Strong proficiency in English to communicate within our diverse, international office environment.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain objectivity in a fast-paced social media environment.
• Previous experience in moderation or customer service is considered an advantage.
