  • Identify opportunities to expand carrier network and improve efficiency

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, logistics, sales, or a customer-facing role (carrier sales or brokerage experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of North American lanes and market trends
  • Strong phone presence - comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
  • Experience using load boards like DAT, Truckstop, or similar platforms

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and transportation systems

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
