We're looking to connect with experienced freelance Creative Strategists based in the Philippines who understand how to turn local insight, creativity, and data into high-performing digital work.

You'll sit at the intersection of brand and performance, combining an understanding of consumer behavior, culture, and storytelling with the data and performance signals that drive growth. We're looking for people who can uncover the why behind the buy and translate it into compelling creative strategies, concepts, hooks, scripts, and briefs.

You'll have experience developing and testing creative across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, using performance data to understand what works, why it works, and what to try next. You'll be equally comfortable collaborating with Growth and Performance teams as you are briefing designers, editors, creatives, and UGC/creator talent.

We're particularly interested in strategists who understand creator-led and social-first content, structured creative testing, and full-funnel thinking, alongside emerging opportunities in AI-powered creative workflows, content generation, and optimization.

Above all, we're looking for curious, commercially minded creative thinkers who can balance brand, culture, and craft with measurable performance, and who are excited about how technology and changing consumer behavior will shape the future of creative effectiveness.
