BJAK is a leading finance super app in Southeast Asia, originally founded in 2019 to provide smarter ways for people to plan, save, and grow their money. Today, it offers solutions for spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and traveling, aiming to help people maximize their financial potential.

What You'll Own

• Drive zero-to-one strategic projects for the finance super app.
• Support licensing, market entry, partner acquisition, office setup, hiring, and operating plans.
• Conduct market research on competitors, regulations, partners, and business models.
• Transform founder-level ideas into structured plans, owners, timelines, and next actions.
• Collaborate across product, legal, compliance, finance, hiring, operations, and country teams.
• Develop trackers, briefs, memos, operating documents, and execution rhythms.
• Solve urgent business problems until resolution.

• A high-ownership generalist with strong writing and sharp business judgment.
• Ability to quickly learn new industries, regulations, and markets.
• Comfort with licensing, partnerships, operations, market research, and execution.
• Capacity to turn messy inputs into clear plans and follow through.
• Fast, resourceful, and calm under pressure.
• Strong English communication and structured thinking.
• Experience in startups, consulting, fintech, strategy, operations, investing, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
