Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate GenAI-generated content in Finnish to ensure accuracy and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate bias in social media AI algorithms.
• Review, label, and categorize complex content to enhance machine learning training datasets.
• Maintain high quality and productivity standards to support the evolving safety policies of major social media platforms.
• Provide insightful feedback on language nuances to improve the naturalness and safety of AI-generated responses.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the social media industry and trust and safety guidelines.
• Support the continuous improvement of content moderation workflows through data-driven analysis.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within an international environment.
• Demonstrated interest in the social media industry and modern Artificial Intelligence technology.
• Ability to navigate complex safety guidelines with critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in content moderation or similar digital safety roles is considered an advantage for this career move.
