Your primary metric is the on-time launch rate, with a target of moving from signature to go-live within 60 days. You will report to the Chief Business Officer and lead a team of deployment strategists and solutions engineers, growing to three pods. Additionally, you will serve as the escalation path for partners, currently defaulting to engineering. The RoleEvery signed partnership must go live on time, with high quality, and without relying on engineering heroics. You will build and lead delivery pods, each consisting of a deployment strategist who manages the plan and partner relationship, paired with one to two solutions engineers. You will be responsible for the requirements document and maintaining scope control.
