What We Are Looking For

We are hiring an Enterprise Business Development Representative to drive new opportunity creation and early-stage deal development across enterprise and strategic accounts.

You will work in close partnership with Sales Directors and Account Executives, owning the early stages of the sales cycle - from prospecting and stakeholder engagement through to qualified opportunity creation.

This is a role for individuals who excel at outbound engagement, consultative discovery, and enterprise relationship-building, and who are ready to accelerate their career in high-value SaaS sales.

What You Will Work On

  • Prospect into enterprise and strategic accounts, with a strong focus on Financial Services (banks, fintech, and credit unions) aligned with Persado’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound outreach and strategic account research.
  • Lead discovery conversations with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, CX, and executive leadership.
  • Develop insight-driven perspectives on customer priorities, shaping opportunities around measurable business outcomes.
  • Build and manage relationships across multiple stakeholders within complex, regulated organizations.
  • Partner closely with Sales Directors to transition qualified opportunities into active pipeline and support deal progression.
  • Consistently generate high-quality, enterprise-level pipeline within Financial Services and regulated industries.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in Business Development, SDR/BDR, or SaaS sales, with a strong track record of generating high-quality outbound pipeline and consistently hitting targets in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience engaging Director-, VP-, and senior-level stakeholders in consultative discovery conversations, ideally within Financial Services organizations and across marketing and/or compliance teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, value-driven narratives.
  • Experience in SaaS and/or Marketing Technology is highly preferred, with exposure to financial services, banking, or other regulated industries as a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Resilient, curious, and commercially driven.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
