Hilbert is a data science-first growth infrastructure that predicts customer behavior, drives revenue, and accelerates decision-making for B2C teams. Backed by a16z, Hilbert partners with Fortune 500 enterprises, consumer brands, and AI-native companies.
The Opportunity
We are hiring Enterprise Account Executives to establish Hilbert’s presence in the largest U.S. consumer markets. This is a build-the-market role, not an inherit-the-market role.
You will:
- Identify key markets where Hilbert should excel and build pipeline from scratch.
- Open doors and forge relationships with senior executives across major consumer enterprises.
- Generate pipeline through networking, targeted outbound efforts, referrals, events, partnerships, and creative prospecting.
- Own the entire sales cycle—from initial conversation to signed agreement.
- Navigate interactions with growth, marketing, data, analytics, product, engineering, security, procurement, and legal stakeholders.
- Translate complex data and AI capabilities into clear growth and revenue outcomes.
- Develop business cases for large, strategic enterprise partnerships.
- Bring customer and market intelligence back into product and go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
- Turn early wins into repeatable sales motions.
Locations: New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles
What We're Looking For
Vertical Expertise + Connections
You must have deep knowledge of the consumer enterprise landscape and relationships that can open doors. Experience selling across multiple verticals such as retail, grocery, quick-service restaurants (QSR), consumer packaged goods (CPG), fashion, beauty, hospitality, marketplaces, or consumer services.
Your network should span senior leaders in growth, marketing, digital, data, analytics, product, and technology.
Technical Enterprise Sales
You should have experience selling complex enterprise technology, data, AI, analytics, or infrastructure products. Ability to navigate both business and technical conversations, understand complex customer environments, and translate technical capabilities into commercial value.
Large, Complex Deals
You must have personally originated, led, and closed $800K–$1M+ enterprise deals. Experience navigating long, multi-threaded sales cycles involving executive sponsors, technical teams, procurement, security, and legal—while maintaining momentum.
Growth + Analytics Fluency
Understanding of how consumer businesses grow and the metrics behind it—customer behavior, segmentation, retention, lifetime value (LTV), conversion, experimentation, personalization, incrementality, and revenue drivers. Ability to connect a customer's data and growth challenges to a measurable business case.
High Ownership
You thrive in environments where you don’t wait for perfect conditions or a finished playbook. You create pipeline, open doors, run deals, and find solutions when the obvious path doesn’t work. You move quickly, take initiative, make decisions, and own outcomes.
Start as a hands-on individual contributor (IC), prove the market, and grow your scope from there.
You'll Stand Out If You Have
- Built a territory or market from the ground up.
- Strong relationships across multiple consumer verticals.
- Deep experience selling sophisticated data, AI, analytics, or technical products.
- A strong understanding of growth analytics and consumer businesses.
- Consistently generated pipeline without relying heavily on inbound or sales development representative (SDR) support.
- Closed multiple seven-figure strategic enterprise partnerships.
- Experience in an early-stage or rapidly scaling environment.
