Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service via email, phone, and chat to Dutch-speaking clients.
• Resolve complex inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the customer support services industry.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our internal CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate technical issues effectively.
• Adhere to established service level agreements and quality standards at all times.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing our clients with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and support protocols.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in customer support services or a similar client-facing role is highly valued.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on problem-solving.
• Proficiency in English for corporate reporting and team collaboration.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia for this Dutch Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.
