We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the Dutch Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist position in Bulgaria to join our dynamic fitness and wellness team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for users of world-class health technology, ensuring their journey toward a healthier lifestyle is seamless and supported by expert technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer support for Dutch-speaking clients navigating Fitbit fitness and wellness products.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to wearable devices, synchronization, and mobile application connectivity.
• Educate users on health-tracking features to help them achieve their personal wellness and fitness goals.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering precise, empathetic, and professional assistance.
• Document and escalate complex technical queries to the appropriate engineering teams within the fitness ecosystem.
• Participate in ongoing product training to stay at the forefront of the latest fitness technology innovations.
• Contribute to the team’s success by meeting established performance KPIs within our Sofia-based office.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Passionate interest in the fitness and wellness industry and wearable technology.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this on-site opportunity.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer service is considered an advantage for this role.
